Buttons Sticking or Not Depressing on Heritage Button Stations
Issue
Buttons on heritage button stations may stick or fail to depress properly at the time of installation.
Explanation of Issue
This can be caused by the locking tabs on the light pipe in the station being broken or sheered off. The light pipe is the clear, plastic piece which fits over the button and LED in a heritage station. If you have a station that is in this state, please call ETC Technical Support.
