My P-LCD-H or P-TS7-H wireless handheld touchscreen is not holding a charge.
Explanation of Issue
Your P-LCD-H or P-TS7-H wireless handheld touch screen is only powering on when plugged in via USB or on its wireless dock. In most cases, this is a result of a component failure on the control card and not a result of a bad battery.
Solution
Contact your favorite ETC dealer to set up an RMA on the unit to have the unit serviced.
