External Monitor on ColorSource AV Does Not Display Correct Values
Symptoms/Issue
The external display on a ColorSource AV console displays incorrect channel values or the incorrect current/next state in the cue list.
Description/Explanation of Issue
This issue occurs when a monitor is connected to the console after power has been applied to it. It is particularly present when channel and cue values are changed rapidly.
Fix/Solution
- With the external monitor plugged in and powered on, power cycle the console.
- When setting up a console for the first time, plug in the HDMI cable to the monitor before connecting the power.
