Symptoms/Issue

No DMX Output

and/or

The DMX IC right behind each DMX port is visibly damaged.

Fix/Solution

Socket ICs D7 and D10 can be easily replaced (PN# Z1482-F).

If replacing the socket IC's does not fix the problem, the next step up the line is IC's U5-7 and U8-10 (PN# Z9237-F), but these will need to replaced by an experienced technician to avoid damaging the board.
