Virtual Encorders in ML Controls do not Appear when Connected to Eos Version 3.x+

Symptoms

When using the ML Controls tab in the iRFR/aRFR app on a device connected to a console running Eos version 3.x+, the virtual encoders do not appear when the channel(s) is selected.

Explanation of Issue

Eos 3.0 added some additional information that aRFR/iRFR version 3.0.1 and older do not recognize when communicating with the device about parameters.

Solution

1. Upgrade the iRFR/aRFR application to version 4.x+
   
   OR
    
2. Switch back to Eos version 2.9.x

ETCpad users should use UpdaterAtor to update applications on the ETCpad.
