Adding a printer to an Emphasis Console

To add a printer to an Emphasis server system follow the steps outlined below. 

  1. Save your show information. Close the Emphasis software.
  2. Select the Start Menu and logout off of the current user account.
  3. Select the account "System Manager" and login.
    1. Should you need the password, please contact ETC Technical service.
  4. Press and hold the "Windows key" and press "E".
  5. Navigate to control panel.
  6. Choose "Printers and Other Hardware"
  7. Click "Add a printer" . This will launch the "Add Printer Wizard"
  8. Follow the onscreen steps to complete installation of the drivers and hardware.
