Creating a Default Template Show File for Emphasis

Question

Can I make a template that has my theatre already drafted and its inventory included in the flight case so I don't have to redraft or import everything I need, every time I start a new show?

Answer

Yes! It is done with a file called Default.ecs. You can save any elements of your Emphasis file including CAD stuff, cues, groups, subs, patch, and any setup information that is entered in the setup menu of the console into a file.

You do this by saving the file that has everything set up as Default. 

This Default file will load any time you do a 'file new' command so that you have a place to start with your specialized elements already loaded.
