Cannot Install Pixel Map Software for ETCnomad Mac

Issue

When trying to install the pixel map download, you encounter an error screen that says the file cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

Explanation

This means that your Mac computer does not recognize ETC as a developer and you need to allow permission to install from the developer anyway this time.

Solution

When you receive the error window, click on Okay
Navigate to your Mac System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> General
You should see a box prompting you to allow to install from ETC anyway, click on that to accept
Go back to EOS Family Welcome -> Settings -> General -> Software update and re-run the installer
