Duplicate MAC address 88-88-88-88-87-88 on ETCnomad Puck

Symptoms/Issue

An ETCnomad Puck boots and operates normally.  However, if two or more are on the same network together, odd things happen. For instance, Multiconsole may not work properly. 

The MAC address is set to 88-88-88-88-87-88 (essentially, unprogrammed) as found in Shell > Settings > Network > "Physical Address"

Description/Explanation of Issue

The ETCnomad Puck's MAC address has been reset.  It needs to be returned to ETC for reprogramming.  Please contact ETC Technical Service.
