Troubleshooting Missing Modules on Apex 20

This support post will list what modules you should see in Detected Modules on your Apex 20 under Settings>Maintenance>Detected Modules. If any are missing, please contact ETC Technical Support for assistance.

Description

Apex 20 should always list the following modules but the order and verbiage may vary:

If you are using fader wings or additional Gadgets for output, you may see a combination of the following as well:

	Apex Button Module      Apex Face Panel      Apex Haptic Encoders      Apex Main Playback      Apex Motor Faders
	Apex Intelligent Power
