Eos Family Re-Image Instructions
Intro
This series of support articles outlines the proper procedure to re-image your Eos Family device's hard drive and to restore the unit to factory defaults. If you need to acquire a Re-Image kit for your device, contact ETC Technical Services. To get started, simply choose your device below.
Required Materials
- USB Re-Imaging Drive
- (provided by ETC)
- A separate USB Drive
- Used to backup show files and existing settings
- USB Keyboard
- USB Mouse
