Troubleshoot Audio and Speakers on Eos Ti and Gio
Ti and Gio consoles have a small speaker built into the front side of the bottom tray. There is also a 2.5mm headphone jack on the rear of the console. These output desk warning and error sounds when enabled.
When this doesn't work, check the following:
- Check that sounds are indeed enabled.
- In the Eos app, go to Setup -> Desk Settings -> Facepanel and ensure that sounds are on via the Turn Sounds On button.
- You should see sound sliders in the body of the setup screen. Make sure these are above 0
- Press the Test button to play each sound at the set level
- Ensure that there are not speakers or headphones plugged into the back of the console. If there are, see if sound comes out of those.
