How to:
Lower the front display panel all the way down, making the console as flat as possible.
Open the console using the two quarter-turn locks on the bottom of the console.

Lift the control panel.
Loosening the Encoders
On Gio, loosen but do not remove the 4 screws indicated below.

On Eos Ti, loosen the three screws on the Pan/Tilt encoders indicated in this image:

For the parameter encoders, loosen one screw between each encoder. Please note some of these screws were difficult to photograph, but are still indicated in the image below:

Tightening the set screws:
Gently lower the face panel.
Press UP on the encoders and they should push above the surface of the console, exposing the set screw:

Tighten this screw using an Allen wrench.
Completing:
Make sure to re-tighten the screws on the underside of the console and re-lock the face panel when done.
