Symptoms/Issue
From the press of the power button to the countdown to launching screen on the console is over 2 minutes then we may be experiencing a long boot time on the console. This can be caused by a number of factors that would need to be reviewed in the logs to determine the correct course of action.
If we are seeing this on your Eos Family Console then please pull the log files from the console and email it to eos@etcconnect.com
In the body of the email please list the serial number, the amount of time it takes to fully boot, and reference this article.
