Can I Output OSC in ETCnomad Offline Mode?

I'd like to output OSC traffic on the network, but I do not have the ETCnomad Dongle plugged into the computer, can this work?

Yes! As long as you have an active network connection to the ETCnomad software, you can output OSC data, even in Offline mode.
