Channels Appear as Null in Blind

Symptoms/Issue

When recording or updating cues, some channels aren't recording but do not appear as null in live. If you go into blind, they have a gray "n" on their tombstone OR the tombstone appears without an outline.

Description/Explanation of Issue

Your cue list may be partitioned. 

Fix/Solution

  1. Check to see if your cue list is partitioned.
    1. Double-tap the [Cue] key to open up your cue list index.
    2. Under the "Ext Links" column, if there is a "P" and a number, then your cue list is partitioned.
  2. If your cue list is partitioned, you will either need to add the problem channels to your partition, or you will need to remove the partition from your cue list
  3. To add the channels to your partition:
    1. Double-tap the [Displays] key to open your browser and navigate to Setup>System Settings. 
    2. Click on {Partitions}.
    3. Select your partition by tapping {Partition} [1] [Enter]. This would select partition 1.
    4. Then add your channels to the partition. [+] [6] [+] [8] [Enter]. This would add channels 6 and 8 to your partition.
  4. To remove the partition from your cue list:
    1. Double-tap the [Cue] key to open up your cue list index.
    2. Select your cue list and remove the Partition. [Cue] [1] [/] {Partition} [Enter]. This would remove any partitions from your cue list.
