Channels Appear as Null in Blind
Symptoms/Issue
When recording or updating cues, some channels aren't recording but do not appear as null in live. If you go into blind, they have a gray "n" on their tombstone OR the tombstone appears without an outline.
Description/Explanation of Issue
Your cue list may be partitioned.
Fix/Solution
- Check to see if your cue list is partitioned.
- Double-tap the [Cue] key to open up your cue list index.
- Under the "Ext Links" column, if there is a "P" and a number, then your cue list is partitioned.
- If your cue list is partitioned, you will either need to add the problem channels to your partition, or you will need to remove the partition from your cue list
- To add the channels to your partition:
- Double-tap the [Displays] key to open your browser and navigate to Setup>System Settings.
- Click on {Partitions}.
- Select your partition by tapping {Partition} [1] [Enter]. This would select partition 1.
- Then add your channels to the partition. [+] [6] [+] [8] [Enter]. This would add channels 6 and 8 to your partition.
- To remove the partition from your cue list:
- Double-tap the [Cue] key to open up your cue list index.
- Select your cue list and remove the Partition. [Cue] [1] [/] {Partition} [Enter]. This would remove any partitions from your cue list.
