Console stuck in ETC Automated Console Setup after updating to Eos v3.x

Symptoms/Issue

At startup, my console is going into the ETC Automated Console Setup utility instead of launching normally. 

I do not have any USB drives plugged in.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The ETC Automated Console Setup utility is used to load images on consoles at the time of manufacture.  It is also used when a console is being re-imaged.  It should not be automatically launched under normal operation.  If your console is launching into this utility, and you are not trying to re-image your console, please contact ETC Technical Services and reference this Support Article
