Eos Console Continues To Output Data Eventhough The Protocol Is Disabled In Patch
Issue
In the Patch tab, the Interface column of my channels does not include an asterisk in the sACN / EDMX / DMX / AVAB / ARTN column(s). However, my Eos family console still has control of my sACN / EDMX / DMX / AVAB / ARTN fixtures in Live. How can this be?
Explanation
If these fixtures are also a part of a Pixel Map you must also disable sACN / EDMX / DMX / AVAB / ARTN output in the Pixel Map Interface. Go to the Pixel Map tab and ensure that the Pixel Map's Interface does not include sACN / EDMX / DMX / AVAB / ARTN (or whatever protocol you wish to disable).
