Eos Family console does not output in v3 but did in v2
Symptoms/Issue
After updating to Eos Family Software v3.x, my console does not output DMX / sACN / ArtNet / etc in Primary. If I switch back to v2.9.x, it does output DMX / sACN / ArtNet / etc. The issue persists through a power-cycle of the console.
Description/Explanation of Issue
In rare circumstances, due to security updates with Eos Family Software v3.x, the software may not detect the correct output count for the console and instead set it to 0.
Fix/Solution
Contact your local ETC Technical Support. Be prepared to provide your console's Serial Number and Log Files.
