Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software on Eos Family Consoles
Issue
The TK 10 and TK 10 Rackmount accessory released May 20th 2025, alongside Eos 3.2.11. When first installing Eos version 3.2.11 or an later on a Windows 7 computer or older Eos console you may see a red popup from Windows Security that states "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software". This message is from the new USB drivers that are required for the TK 10 and TK10 Rackmount accessory.
Description
When installing Eos 3.2.11 or later the installation process will verify that this console or computer has all of the necessary USB drivers up to date, if not they will attempt to update those drivers. Since the TK 10 and TK 10 Rackmount accessory are so new it requires this screen in order to successfully install the latest update.
Solution
If this popup occurs select Install this driver software anyway
If you select the wrong option the install will complete but the console or computer will be unable to recognize the TK 10 accessory. You can either reinstall the same version of Eos or install any version after 3.2.11 to re-prompt this choice. This message will continue to popup during the installation process of Eos until Install this driver software anyway is selected.
