Digitizer Tables not Working with Express- Expression Consoles Running 3.1 Software

There is a known issue with Express/Expression 3.1 software where some digitizers will not work with Net 2 nodes.

Digitizers work fine with RVI's or RIU's but will not work with Net 2 Nodes in Net 1 mode. 

There is no work around.
