Repair Customer Drop Off
Please set up a repair with your favorite ETC Dealer BEFORE coming to our factory to drop your unit off for repair. To set up a repair, contact your favorite ETC Dealer.
This process is in place due to COVID-19 Response. This article will be updated as conditions change.
- Contact ETC Technical Services to let someone know who will be coming and at what date and time. We can be reached at 800-688-4116.
- Go to ETC Shipping door on the Northeast side of the building. This is marked Door 11.
- Head south on Pleasant View Rd and enter driveway with "No Trucks" sign, near large glass side of building.
- Follow the drive to the rear of the building, heading right.
- Past the new edition you should see a loading dock and door 11.
- Park and ring bell.
- A member of the team will come bring your package to you, or take your repair if you are dropping off. Please do not enter the building.
- This team member will confirm your RMA or Order number.
- This team member will confirm your RMA or Order number.
Receiving Process
- Receiver will tag and sort package to be delivered
- Receiver can sign documents to verify proof of delivery
- Receiver will ask where package came from and contact person info
- Receiver will go to Returns for help on package location delivery verification
- Receiver will put on traveler with destination for package
- Forklift or Tugger will deliver package
- Forklift or Tugger will deliver package
