My ArcLamp Driver Isn't Turning My ArcLamps On

Symptoms/Issue

When powered on, my newly installed ArcLamp Driver does not turn my ArcLamps on to full. 

Description/Explanation of Issue

By default, an ArcLamp Driver with power should push all ArcLamps connected to it to full. If the ArcLamps flash on and then immediately off or do not come on at all it is likely that your ArcLamp Driver has been pre-configured. If the part number ends in a "-C" this driver has been configured in the factory. 

Check the LED indicator lights on the driver first to see if Power and the appropriate Channel lights are on and static.

Fix/Solution

When the ArcLamp Driver has been configured, DMX values default to 0. To turn these lights on use DMX protocol to send levels to the system.
