ArcSystem Commissioning Tool and USB Hubs

Symptoms/Issue

The ArcSystem Commissioning Tool appears in the tool selector dropdown and will show up in the device list when you click Connect, but will not connect to any TX-1, even if the TX-1 you're trying to connect to shows up in a scan.

Description/Explanation of Issue

Some USB hubs can prevent proper communication between the ArcSystem software and the commissioning tool.

Fix/Solution

If the USB hub has a power input, make sure you have the hub powered.
Try moving the commissioning tool to a native USB port on your computer.
