ColorSource Linear Cell Overlap in Multi-Cell Direct Mode

Issue

After setting the fixture mode of a ColorSource Linear 2 or Linear 4  to multi-cell direct via RDM, attempting to turn on the strobe function of one cell will turn on the intensity of the subsequent cell.

Explanation of Issue

There is a known issue in the ColorSource Linear software which causes an overlap in addressing when multicell direct mode is set via RDM and address is unchanged. This issue does not apply when the mode is set locally from the UI

Solution

Option 1: Set the mode locally on the fixture

Option 2: Continue using RDM, but set a new DMX address after changing the mode to multi-cell direct
