Replacing the Optics Module

Steps

1. Unplug the following wires from the Motor Driver Card
   • J11 - FX Module CAN
   • J12 - Optics Module CAN
   • J6 - Optics Module Power
2. Loosen the 4 screws attaching the module to the fixture

   Note that these screws are captured and will not fall out of the module

3. Carefully remove the module from the fixture

   Make sure that the Zoom and Edge lenses are away from the Effects Module to avoid collision

4. Follow the steps in reverse, installing your new optics module and tightening the four screws
5. Reconnect the wiring to the Motor Driver Card
   • J11 - FX Module CAN
   • J12 - Optics Module CAN
   • J6 - Optics Module Power
6. Make sure to set the address on the fixture to the correct ID, for Optics, this would be 2.
