Help Does Not Function in GCE

Issue

Opening the Help Topics in GCE results in a browser opening up with a blank screen.

Explanation of Issue

The interactive help included with GCE was designed for Internet Explorer and is not compatible with any other browser. Since Internet Explorer is no longer supported and has been removed from current versions of Windows, the interactive help does not function with many computers.
