Cannot Change IP Address in Net3 Concert

Issue

Devices appear in Net3 Concert, but the IP address field is grayed out and cannot be edited.  

Explanation

Net3 Concert may be in Live Edit Mode.  Check the tool bar in the top-left corner (default location) of the window.  The Live Edit icon is the green square with a wrench. 

Fix/Solution

  2. Select the device in question and the network settings should now be available for change.
  3. After changing the IP address of your gateway, you will need to send the config to the device. With the device selected, navigate to Network>Send Device Configuration
