Color of Text or Drawings does not Change when Using Dark Theme
Issue
Concert 4.2.0 introduced Dark Theme. When changing to the dark theme from the default light theme, some text and drawing colors do not change.

Explanation of Issue
Concert will not automatically change any color that has a user selectable color setting. This includes Font, Line, and Fill Colors.
Solution
- Choose a desired color that is appropriate for both light and dark themes
- Alternately, do not switch between themes.
