Issue

Concert sees a Colorsource Fresnel V, but never finishes syncing with it.

Workaround

This is a known issue in Concert v4.5.0. The fixture can still be RDM configured from any other RDM source, such as Eos, and that would be the preferred method for now. If you experience this issue and can't use a different RDM source, please reach out to ETC Technical Services.
