Net3 Concert 4.0.0+ won't install on Windows XP based Eos and Cobalt Family consoles

Issue

I'm trying to install Net3 Concert 4.0.0 or higher on my Windows XP based Eos or Cobalt family console. The installer presents the following error and you must click Finish to close the installer: "ETC Net3 Concert v4.0.0.9.0.29 is not supported on this device."

Explanation of Issue

Concert v4.0.0 and higher is only compatible with Windows 7 or higher, and thus cannot be installed on any Windows XP based console. You can still download and install Concert v3.1.0 from the product software page, or alternatively install Concert on a Windows 7 or higher PC.
