Net3 Concert Entry Point Not Found

Issue

I've recently installed Net3 Concert 4.0.2 on my PC, and upon opening the program I'm met with the following error, and Concert will not open after clicking OK:
ETC_Net3Concert.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point _o__configure_narrow_argv could not be located in the dynamic link library
api-ms-win-crt-private-l1-1-0.dll.

Explanation of Issue & Solution

This occurs because an earlier version of Microsoft Visual C++, which Net3 Concert uses, is installed on the PC and must be updated for Concert to run. You can locate the files here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

Choose the x86: vc_redist.x86.exe, since Net3 Concert is a 32-bit program, even when on a 64-bit OS.
