Net3 Concert Does Not Show Correct Number of Presets and Sequences for S4LED or Desire Fixtures

Symptoms/Issue

My S4LED and/or Desire fixtures show that they have 24 presets and 12 sequences on their UIs, but in the Device Operations dock of Net3 Concert, I can only communicate with 12 presets and 5 sequences.

Description/Explanation of Issue

This is a known bug in Net3 Concert v4.0.2. It will be resolved in v4.1.0.

Fix/Solution

As of 10/7/2020: use the fixture UI for presets 13-24 and sequences 6-12 OR run the beta version of Concert v4.1.0, available via the ETC forums beta section.

Once Concert v4.1.0 is released, update to that version.
