Net1 RVI Displays F-Function Keys

During the production of Net1 RVI units, there was a batch that shipped in a "factory test mode". 

If you run across an RVI installation where your monitor screen is displaying "F" function keys:

1. Open the RVI
2. Set dip switch #1  to off
3. Cycle the power
