Upgrading two ports from 1.0.0

The procedure for upgrading from v1.0.0 to v1.1.0 is detailed in the ETCNet2 Two Port v1.1.0 Release Note and must be completed before you upgrade to any other later version. Version 1.1.0 software is functionally identical to v1.0.0, but contains a different bootloader (method of downloading software into the node) and replaces v1.0.0. Upgrading two ports from 1.1.0

CAUTION: Prior to upgrading Two Port Nodes from v1.1.0 to v4.0.0, you need to run the self-extracting zip file tpp_A4.0.0.9.0.106_R2.0.1.exe. This provides a temporarily needed file for the software upgrade procedure. (It places the file ppimage.bin in the directory C:\ETC\nodesbin) Performing the upgrade procedure without that file in place will not allow the Two Port to complete its upgrading process. This does not affect Two Port Nodes upgrading from v3.0.0 to v4.0.0.
