Unexpected NCE Crashes in version 4.0

If you are running NCE 4.0 and you are not connected to a node or the node is not in V4, NCE will crash and close when performing basic functions.  Some of them are:  Get unbound nodes, discover nodes, and get configuration from nodes.  While you will probably not do this when you are not connected to a node, it is still something you may notice or hear of.  Rest assured that when you are connected to a node and your PC is on the Net2 network, you will not have these problems.

A work around to fixing this crash would be turning on the Network Address Server, which is found under the Network Option.
Since the Nodes will be receiving an IP address from the computer, you should be able to see them when rediscovering Nodes.
