ColorSource Raceway DMX Outputs Not Powering On But Voltage is Correct

Issue
My ColorSource Raceway DMX output Ports have active DMX and 24VDC coming into them, but they are not powering on.
Explanation
It is possible the red (+) and black (-) wires are reversed from the power supply, even if landed correctly on the power supply. This will not damage the DMX output ports, but will fail to power them properly.
The ColorSource Raceway is available with the Termination box on the left side or the right side. This is most prevalent in right side Terminations boxes.
Fix/Solution
The following steps require access to the Termination Box. All power circuits terminated in this box MUST be power OFF before working inside and proper lockout/tagout presedures should be followed. Please contact ETC Technical Services and/or your Electrical Contractor if you have any questions about how to accomplish this.
- Swap the red (+) and black (-) wires on the power supply. The power supply is inside of the Termination Box.
- Reassemble Termination box and confirm if the DMX output ports are not powering properly.
- If the issue continues, please contact ETC Technical Services.
