Reading the ColorSource Raceway Model Number

Explanation

ColorSource Raceway Model numbers will differ from one unit to the next, as they are each customized and designed based on the needs of the customer for which they are being built.  Please see the chart below to determine how to build, or read, a ColorSource Raceway Model number.

Here is an example of a single connector type model number: CSR50-(20C/5)(4AD/1)(24X)(2WL)-LT-121. This is a Raceway 50’ (1,525cm) long with 20 Twist-lock outlets wired on five circuits, four duplex Edison outlets wired on one circuit, 24 DMX Active Pass-thru connectors, two integrated work lights, wiring input terminals on the left, and type 121 hanger brackets are used.

Note: ColorSource Raceway can be built with a single passive DMX output on the raceway. A CSR model number with (1X) will include a single passive DMX output and does not require separate DMX power. A CSR model number with (2X) - (24X) uses multiple active DMX output connector plates and will require separate DMX power for the internal DMX power supply.
