ColorSource Relay Does Not Power On With Sleep Timeout of 0
Symptoms
I set the Auto-Off/Sleep Timer value to 0 on my CSR-D or CSR-W using a third-party RDM controller. Now, the device does not power on or respond to control, and can no longer be accessed by my RDM controller. The only sign of life is a slow blue flash on the power LED.

Acceptable values in this field are 1-30, as shown in the ColorSource Relay Quick Guide:
0 is considered an out-of-range value.
Fix
To recover the device, its settings must be reset to defaults, which will set the value of the Auto-Off/Sleep Timer field back to its default value of 5. To reset settings to defaults, you will need to load a different version of software on the device than the one it is currently running.
If the device is running current software, you can downgrade to 1.1.0; likewise, if it is running 1.1.0, you can upgrade to current software. Current software can be found in UpdaterAtor. Version 1.1.0 software can be found below.
Once this is done, the device can be upgraded/downgraded to the desired version and reconfigured as necessary.
The drive used to update the software must be formatted as FAT16. FAT32 or other variants will not work. The maximum size for a FAT16 volume is 4GB. If no drives small enough are available, a 4GB partition can be created on a larger drive and formatted as FAT16.
