ColorSource Relay Does Not Power On With Sleep Timeout of 0
Symptoms/Issue
After setting the sleep timeout setting of a ColorSource Relay DMX or ColorSource Relay Wireless to 0 using a 3rd-party RDM controller, it does not power on.
Description/Explanation of Issue
While Concert will not allow you to set a sleep time of 0, if you do so with another device, your relay may not come out of sleep mode. ColorSource Relay Multiverse, however, will reject this setting.
Fix
Load version 1.0 of ColorSource Relay software, or, if already running 1.0, update to the current software. This will cause the device's settings to go to defaults. Current software can be found in UpdaterAtor. Version 1.0 can be found at the links below.
