ColorSource Relay Won't Switch To DMX Mode

Symptoms/Issue

The CS Relay will not switch from Auto or RDM mode to DMX mode. 

Fix/Solution

1. Make sure the unit has the latest update
2. Pushing defaults via Concert should solve the issue
