No DMX Or RDM on ColorSource Relay

Issue

ColorSource Relay will power on, but it will not sense -- nor output -- DMX, and can't be seen via RDM. Other devices are confirmed to work on the same DMX output/chain that the ColorSource Relay is plugged into.

Explanation

This is mostly likely due to the DMX input having been electronically zapped, and requires a repair to get functioning again. Please contact ETC Technical Support or favorite ETC Authorized Dealer to initiate the repair process.
