PhaseAdept Dimmer Has No Output in Local Mode

In local mode, my PhaseAdept dimmer will not output

If you  have a PhaseAdept dimmer set to local mode in your rack, programmed as a D20 module in the processor, and there is still no output-please contact Technical Support.
