R2 R20 Modules Are Not Outputting As Expected

An R2 R20 module can be identified by it's yellow label on the front of the module:

The issue you may see in very specific circumstances with the these modules is that the signal light is on but the power LED is off. This situation can be remedied by flipping the breaker on the circuit but then the behavior may present itself again later.

If you are having issues like this with your R2 R20 module (Part Number: 7083A1185 or 7050A1185) that was shipped between September 2020 and October 2020 please reach out to your ETC dealer or ETC Tech Support.  This issue was resolved as of 10/29/20.
