What Is the Correct Fan Orientation in a Sensor + Install Rack?

Issue

I am replacing the fan in my Sensor install rack, however I am unsure which way to mount it. 

Explanation

Identify what type of fan you have. 

Mount the fan so that the mobile, spinning side faces down and the static part faces upwards toward the ceiling. 

The air is designed to blow out of the top the rack, and not into the rack. There are airflow indicators on the fan.
