Dimmable modules will work in my ETC rack, but relay modules, LED modules, ELV modules, and ThruPower modules are not functioning in any slot /in some slots but do function in others.
Explanation
The most likely cause of this is a missing neutral reference to the module position. Please see Step 2 of this article: R20 Modules in Unison Legacy DR Racks.
