SmartPack Screen Stuck on Version Number
Issue
- As a SmartPack boots, it will display its software version on the screen but will not boot past that screen.
- The SmartPack will not respond to control.
Description
The control card has failed and needs to be replaced.
Solution
A replacement SmartPack control card can be purchased from your local ETC Authorized Dealer. If you need assistance replacing this card, please contact ETC Technical Services.
