Restocking Fee Overview - Rigging
ETC Rigging permits the restocking of products under the condition that they remain unused and have not sustained any damage during transit. This policy ensures that returned items maintain their original quality and can be resold without compromising standards.
When applicable, a restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee structure is determined based on the following criteria:
- Type of Product
- Condition of the Returned Item
- Administrative and Handling Costs
- Timeframe of Return
Custom Items: >50%
- Hoists
- P1, P75, Vortek, Flypipe, Balance
- Cable Management
- Prodigy Cable Management
- Pantograph Cable Management
- Custom or unboxed standard Helix Cable Management
- Fixed Speed Motor Starter (FSMS) or Varaible Speed Motor Starter (VSMS)
- Balance Units
If the item is packaged and remains unused, it may be eligible for restocking; however, approval is subject to internal discretion & in some cases, restocking may not be feasible. Any exceptions or special circumstances should be reviewed and approved by management.
Service parts: 0-25%
Discretion is encouraged – was the service visit because of our equipment or their installation? Keep in mind that handling will be required to return the product to inventory, so apply a fee when at all possible.
Standard product: 25%
- Unopened standard Helix Cable Management
- Adapter Plates
- Power & Control Distribution
- RACAs
- Control Equipment
ETC Rigging will not accept returns of:
- Balance Guide Wall
- 3rd party products (H&H, Conductix, etc.)
- Height Adjustment Brackets
- Used/Damaged components
