Rate Wheel on Hog 3 consoles, causing black out when moved to the extreme position.

Symptoms/Issue

When moving the Rate wheel to the extreme end, it causes a black out such as DBO being pressed, or the grand master fader going to 0.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The spring on the rate wheel is faulty and may need to be replaced. It is causing the rate wheel hardware to make contact to the PCB traces and causing a short, hence the blackout.

Fix/Solution

Replace the Rate Wheel Spring, part number 25091394.
