Gadget II does not output via Hog 4 PC

Symptoms/Issue

The Gadget II will not output DMX when used with Hog 4 PC.

Description/Explanation of Issue

EOS 3.1 included a driver update for the Gadget II. As of writing this article, the new driver is not supported by Hog 4 PC

Fix/Solution

1. Close all programs
2. Uninstall EOS 3.1
3. Start Hog 4 PC
4. Map a widget, ETCnomad key, or ETC Gadget II in Hog 4 OS

If the above does not resolve the issue:

1. Close all programs
2. Install the latest version of Hog 4 PC
3. Restart computer
4. Start Hog 4 PC
5. Map a widget, ETCnomad key, or ETC Gadget II in Hog 4 OS

If the above does not resolve the issue:

1. Close all programs
2. Uninstall any other ETC software on the computer
3. Restart computer
4. Start Hog 4 PC
5. Map a widget, ETCnomad key, or ETC Gadget II in Hog 4 OS

Note you need to uninstall EOS 3.1, installing older software will not remove the driver.
