Hog 4 PC cannot connect to DP 8000

Symptoms/Issue

Hog 4 PC is not connecting to DP 8000.

Description/Explanation of Issue

Windows firewall is under strict settings and set to block network traffic.

Fix/Solution

1. Turn off Windows Firewall
2.  Adjust user account controls to allow exceptions
